Enabling Cloaking

Requirements:
Rules.ini or rulesmd.ini
Open up your rules.ini file. Go to wherever your unit that you want cloaked is. There is just 2 commandments you have to insert they are:
Cloakable=yes
CloackingSpeed=number (how fast it takes a unit to cloak)
You can also have some other options like:
CloakStop=yes (unit cloaks when it stops)
For structures you could give them a cloak generator:
CloakGenerator=yes
